Warranty Period
Refund
We want you to be totally psyched about the products you purchase from Kingslim’s webstore at www.kingslim.net. If at any time within 30 days of receiving your order, you are not 100% satisfied, you may return it to us for a refund. No questions asked. Any items damaged due to reasons not covered under warranty cannot be accepted back for refund under the *Kingslim Refund Policy below. Also, associated shipping fees, duties, taxes, and carrier surcharges (“Landed Costs”) are not refundable.
*Kingslim Refund Policy: To qualify for a refund, return your product in the ORIGINAL box, including device, charger, battery, instructions, gifts and other components. All merchandise must be in like new condition. Shipping charges may apply.
Replacements
Kingslim will replace your product or part if your product or part has a manufacturing defect that is covered by the *Kingslim Warranty below.
1.BEFORE sending anything to Kingslim, please contact our Customer Service Team.
2.If our Customer Service Team determines that your problem qualifies under warranty coverage, you will be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
3.Prepare a package to return to Kingslim.
4.Write your RMA number on the outside of the box and send to the appropriate address.
*Kingslim Warranty: You are eligible to exchange a product if one of the following things is true:
1. The product is damaged during shipping and you have proof of the damage from the carrier or transporter;
2. The product significantly doesn't match its description in one or many aspects.
3. The product is defective and the defects are not caused by misuse, improper handling, or force majeure.
Costs for Replacements
1.Within 30 calendar days of the date you receive the product: Free replacement with free shipping.
2.31-90 calendar days of the date you receive the product: Free replacement. The customer should pay 15 USD for shipping cost.
3.Above 91 calendar days of the date you receive the product: We charge a handling /repair fee according to different cases.
4. If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
5. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Shipping Costs for Accessories
If accessories are damaged 1 years after the date you receive them, we will offer new accessories for free.The customer may be expected to pay 6 USD and up for shipping. For any questions, please contact us via cs@kingslim.net for more details.
The final interpretation right belongs to Kingslim.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
