Dear user,
Our tech team has released an updated firmware that fixed the bug of compatibility.
Please select your device model and download the applicable file.
*Before upgrading your Dash Cam, please find the

version number
in the settings, or it may cause equipment malfunctioning.

Check the Firmware Version
Long press the Menu Button to enter the dash
camera set-up menu → Find Version → Press OK Button

Step - 2
Format the memory card
After inserting the card into your camera and stop recording,
long press the Menu Button to access the
set-up menu → Find Format → Press OK Button

Step - 3
Create the Updated Media
Download the Updates from the website.
Decompress the downloaded files.
Copy the decompressed files above to the memory card.
NOTE: You won’t be able to open this file on your PC.
Step - 4
Update the Program
Reinsert the memory card with firmware in the camera.
Device will start to update automatically about 2mins to finish process of
updating.
Then format your memory card after updating.
